After deciding not to open the front enclosed porch, Raul and Kyle knew that the front door of the house needed to be accentuated. The gable was build during the first week of May 2008. At the same time, the crew worked to re-roof the entire house with carriage style shingles that resemble slate.
The dormer on the east side of the attic was enlarged and an interior valley removed to prevent water damage.
